A devastating injury left me in a coma. When I came out the other side, one thing was clear: experience that lives only in your head is fragile. You can lose it in an instant. That conviction that expertise must be extracted and documented to survive became the foundation of everything I build and teach.

A health crisis on Thanksgiving Day took my ability to communicate. Thirty years of operator instincts. Pattern recognition. Systems built under real pressure. All of it trapped undocumented in the one place you can't always access: your own head. I fought back. And when I came out the other side, I built the system I wish I'd had earlier. Not to recover faster. To make sure no operator carries that risk.
