Everything Has Two Sides. My grandmother used to tell me that everything has two sides. We can add to another person’s life, or we can take away from it. That lesson shaped how I led people, built businesses, and why I believe experience should be shared rather than carried silently.

I learned what most operators never get told: the value wasn't in my execution it was in the systems I'd documented. The buyer didn't acquire my hours. A health crisis on Thanksgiving Day took my ability to communicate. Thirty years of operator instincts. Pattern recognition. Systems built under real pressure. All of it trapped undocumented in the one place you can't always access: your own head. I fought back. And when I came out the other side, I built the system I wish I'd had earlier. Not to recover faster. To make sure no operator carries that risk.
